• Lead team of Support Services Pursuit experts who assess client needs, fashion a solution, price a contract, secure internal company approvals and finally client agreement. • Lead large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the company organizations long-term goals and objectives and participate in cross-division, multi-function teams for outsourcing or support services projects.• Responsible for advising the Business in the qualification, risk assessment of potential opportunities. • Act as a negotiator representing company interests before customer’s advisors, helping both parties define contract terms & conditions from the IT stand point, like outsourcing issues, asset acquisition, human resource transfer and financial topics.• Be the liaison between the Technical and Financial aspects of a given solution and being accountable for both. • Manage the engagement plan development & proposal-writing process and relationships with client 3rd party consultants who influence the industry and the client.
