As a member of the executive team at PowerDMS I led product development of PowerDMS's industry leading SaaS platform, serving industries in Public Safety, Healthcare and Education (4500+ customers).My role was to provide strategic product direction for PowerDMS, build the best team possible, and ensure my teams had everything they needed to do great work. In this capacity I led Product Management, Product Design, Business Intelligence, and Project Management teams.I helped accelerate ARR growth to over 30% YoY, exceeding rule of 40, improving EBITDA and Gross Margins, achieving NPS of 60+ and churn below 2.5% resulting in a successful sale to a strategic buyer in under 3 years.

Provided product and project management leadership to globally distributed, multi-disciplinary consumer product teams (75+ employees) delivering digital experiences for brands including FIFA, Madden, Battlefield, Star Wars, Titanfall, The SIMS, Mass Effect, and many more. Led EA’s web platform team (25+ employees) in providing scalable, repeatable technical solutions leveraged by our consumer product teams; global content management (enterprise CMS supporting 20+ languages), web services (e.g., API’s), web technology stack, and network-wide design system.Set the multi-year strategic vision and product roadmap for EA’s portfolio of web properties, reaching over 420 million users annually.Led cross-functional delivery across internal scrum teams, including project management, user experience, design, product management, analytics, engineering, quality assurance, marketing, PR, content publishing, localization, business development, finance and legal teams.Ensured overall strategic alignment by building strong relationships across external partners, internal teams and executive stakeholder groups.

Oversaw product management, design, front-end development and project management for Sports Technologies. Led business development and managed relationships with STI’s key clients – NFL, NBA, NHL, NASCAR, NCAA.com, Sports Illustrated, Bleacher Report and the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) – to develop product strategy and drive all aspects of product development.
