CurrentSupporting programs funded by US government agencies (e.g., DARPA's Embedded Entrepreneur Initiative), with a focus on medical devices, therapeutics, diagnostics and electroceuticals. Working with programs at leading universities and private sector companies identifying early-stage technologies and products with the highest potential for commercial and broader impact in support of U.S. government funded efforts. Leading efforts for commercialization of advanced technologies including strategies designed for Go to Market plans, technology roadmaps, regulatory pathways, business development and fundraising.Executive leadership as the fractional CEO/COO helping companies develop a vision for the business and communicating it effectively to gain the support of the board, stakeholders and the investors. Lead the development of strategic and operating plans to implement this vision.
