Implementation of Corporative IT and System Area for 6 subsidiaries, including Shared Services and Innovation.Reorganization of staff based on ITIL: Help Desk, IT Procurement, Networking and Telephony, Servers and Enterprise Software. This allowed: SLAs and IP Telephony for 720 extensions.
