- Collaborate on both architectural and product specification teams from conceptual design through construction documentation. - Participate in selection of all FF&E including interior finishes, furniture and lighting.- Develop presentation and construction drawings including furniture and reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, custom furniture and millwork shop drawings.- Manage procurement and expedition of product through coordination with vendors and consultants- Oversee sight conditions throughout construction, including documentation of field measurements and punchlist production- Develop and maintain project budgets, as well as prepare proposals and purchase orders for multiple high end projects- Maintain excellent client relationships through professional communication and presentation

- Collaborate with designers on schematic design, design development, product specification and presentation on multiple high end residential projects- Production of furniture plans, elevations, custom furniture and detail drawings as well as computer and hand renderings- Oversight of procurement and scheduling, as well as creation of schedules to managae FF&E specifications on multiple projects - Assist with installation of projects, including oversight of delivery and placement of furniture and accessories
