Jaimie’s MV adventure began in 2000 as a bartender in Edgartown. Although it was a seasonal job, the Vineyard became a constant in his life. The unspoiled beauty, differences in each amazing town, and the interesting people created an obsession resulting in dozens of stays all over the island in search of a unique experience each time. As a full-time MV resident, sharing these island experiences with family, friends, and clients is his current passion.After experiencing a decade of success in corporate sales, Jaimie turned his love for real estate into a full time profession in 2011. Hundreds of successful residential and commercial transactions have helped create a savvy real estate professional with the experience and track record to get the job done. In addition to traditional residential sales, Jaimie has also established himself as an expert regarding income properties. Having both owned, and represented many owners of income properties, Jaimie understands how to analyze income and expenses, and market such properties to maximize value for his clients.
