CurrentHelping residents to sustain their tenancies/leases and creating sustainable estates and environments.encouraging and supporting the development of new TRA’s (Tenants residents associations), while working closely with existing TRA’s and Members of Cabinet.Progressing and closing complex cases, achieving positive outcomes always keeping in mind the residents of Camden.Support customers to solve problems at their root cause to build future strength in our communities and individuals.Assisting tenants to register online, join the rehousing list and liaise with the Allocations and Verification teams (who will assess their housing needs)Carrying our joint visits to properties with the technical team in order to support and assist vulnerable residents – raising any concerns to Adult/Children servicesLead on investigations of Anti-Social Behaviour and work with the Community safety team to ensure tenants are not in breach of their tenancy conditionsReferring tenants to advice on benefits and welfareMonitor rent accounts and deal with payments and arrearsAssisting vulnerable tenants to contact the repairs team via web chat, Camden account or phoneDealing with things as early as we can, and as much as we can, pulling in support when needed to resolve customer issues in partnership with other officers, services and organisations.Developing the service in line with systems thinking principles to meet the changing needs of customers.Working closely/developing partnerships with other agencies, teams and colleagues to deliver a service consistent with customers’ changing needs.Act as a lead contact for Tenant and Resident Associations in the Locality.
