I lead the development of early augmented reality demos, showcasing a diverse range of use cases spanning from consumer applications to enterprise solutions. These demos effectively illustrated the potential of augmented reality technology in various contexts. Additionally, I took charge of defining and designing the complete user experience for DigiOS, an augmented reality operating system tailored for enterprise and lite industrial use cases. This involved overseeing the design of both system-level functionalities and core applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user interface across the platform.In the process, I meticulously crafted wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and iterated on user feedback to refine and enhance the overall usability and user experience. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in crafting user interface text and messaging elements, including error messages, dialogue pop-ups, and toast messages, to ensure clear and concise communication within the system. Leveraging user feedback analysis, I identified opportunities for implementing new features that addressed user needs and preferences, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products.Leading a cross-functional team of developers, I orchestrated efforts to achieve project goals and ensure the successful delivery of expected products. Through close collaboration and communication with stakeholders and developers, I ensured alignment with project requirements and expectations throughout the development process. I've also authored technical documentation, ranging from design guidelines to user manuals, to enhance understanding within the augmented reality space for fellow designers and streamline product utilization for end-users.

Bench Department:Created a seamless structure between backside spin coat, first inspection, and blocking. Sorted and distributed trays to departments accordingly to quicken the workflow. Inspected lens for any surfacing defects before putting them into the backside coater. Cultivated a strong knowledge base for lens brand such as Essilor, Zeiss, Hoya, Varilux, Unity, and Shamir. Improved lens turnover rate by carefully analyzing and utilizing extensive lens brand knowledge in regards to formula and material compatibility which significantly reduced production errors. Precisely laying them out and accurately inspecting them for any defects. Quickly and carefully blocked lens according to layout spots.Lens Room Department:Carefully analyzed doctor’s request for patient’s needs. Determined proper lens according to various information such as RX, frame style, and lens material. Communicated with customer service team when advising a superior lens choice, frame, or material for patient’s needs. Kept inventory in check for daily output of jobs. Placed orders for materials with laboratories for complex orders. Anti-Reflective Department:Efficiently prepped and prepared lenses. Kept a sharp eye for any cosmetic defects. Polished uncoated lens that needed TD2 foundation. Handled various materials such as CR-39, Trivex, polycarbonate, and hi-index lenses.

Efficiently worked to meet deadlines. Designed various print and digital products such as newsletters, flyers, logos, posters, and icons. Kept a close eye on details. Worked independently with approval of the supervisor.

Performed various sales associate duties such as assisting customers by suggesting products that fit their request, answering phone calls, operated cash wrap, restocking floor stock, and maintaining cleanliness of the storefront.

I designed the Thingyan Flyer and designed T-shirts that were distributed out during the festival. I used Adobe Illustrator to create both designs.
