I am tasked with the strategic growth and engagement of United Way's women donors. Through purposeful engagement opportunities; such as, advocacy, networking, professional development, and volunteerism, I help to increase the number of women involved with United Way and retain the women who are already donating to United Way. My role helps execute various events throughout the year, both with United Way and with partner corporations, including presentations at these corporations.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

My role as Extension Manager is best summed into two key roles: sales and project management. I am charged with the strategic and sustainable growth of Alpha Gamma Delta in terms of membership numbers through new chapter experiences. On the front end, I manage the development of our applications and presentations. My experience allows me to present to audiences ranging in size from 10 to 200, while also working closely with campus administrators. From there, my role works to marry our strategy to the implementation of new ideas and event execution. I manage two full time Extension Specialist who execute all events at the campus level.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

As a Member Services Coordinator, I worked heavily with alumnae relations and volunteer administration. My work varied from managing the Fraternity’s blog, creating new and improving old alumnae programs, managing all award systems and serving as the database guru. This role gave me the opportunity to perfect my ability to create sustainable and meaningful relationships with alumnae and volunteers from afar. I was also able to serve Alpha Gamma Delta on an interview committee during this time; helping to find many new employees for the Fraternity during a time of immense growth.

Lexington, Kentucky Area

Working at Locker PR as an intern during my final year at Eastern Kentucky University gave my the opportunity to better understand the environment of a PR firm. I worked with several of the company's clients during my time there. My duties ranged from writing blog postings, pitching our services to new clients and editing closed captioning for others. I also assisted with social media posting.

During my time at Don Jacobs I was able to gain valuable administrative skills while also learning how the importance of business organization. My primary duty was providing exceptional customer service in a demanding environment.
