- Engages with providers to realise new installations & upgrades worldwide- Evaluates and qualifies providers against technical requirements- Negotiates and finalises terms and conditions for each installation - Liaises with technical teams during integration/installation/infrastructure upgrade of systems- Liaise with internal departments to determine their requirements for server infrastructure and voice services globally- Develop and implement strategies for procuring services and maintaining existing relationships with Spearline’s hosting partners and voice service providers- Acts as the primary point of contact between Spearline and its hosting and voice providers- Collaborates with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of SpearlineIdentifies and researches potential new providers based on project requirements and initiates business and organization partnerships- Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and providers to secure advantageous terms- Monitors and updates relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of services and vendor pricing- Finalise and process purchase order requests to acquire new services- Works closely with the COO and CFO to ensure contract terms are favorable to Spearline- Attend meetings with the CE Team, NOC Team, vendors and providers- Examine and test existing contracts and nurtures relationships with providers to negotiate the best prices for Spearline- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs- Monitor business trends and service availability to pay the best price for services without sacrificing quality or delivery times- Research new products and services to meet Spearline's goals- Assesses total costs of purchases for hosting and voice services- Reports to the Chief Operations Officer
