Proper and effective project control measures are executed by the EPC Contractor with emphasis on schedule planning and progress monitoring.Supervision and guidance to the Cost, Planning and Schedule Engineers. Responsible for monitoring the EPC Contractor and overall project cost and schedule performance.Project cost, schedule, progress measurement and change management expertise to Project Team.Review and evaluation of EPC Contractor’s plans and procedures for project controls, progress, scheduling, and cost control and modifies as necessary to meet the project’s objectives.Reviews and endorses claimed progress reported by the EPC Contractor.Reviews and interrogates cost and schedule basis of EPC Contractor's change requests/proposals - reviews and endorses change orders.Assists Project Leadership Team in developing/reviewing cost and schedule corrective actions and recovery plans and making sure needed actions/plans are implemented.Leads ongoing project cost and schedule analysis, reporting, forecasting, and change management.Analyzes cost and schedule trends, reviews cost, and schedule forecasts prepared by Cost Engineer Advisor.Reviews and monitors cost and schedule implications of changes. Provides timely advice on cost and schedule impact of changes, modifications or alternatives and maintains project trend and change order log.Prepares input of monthly cost control reports vs. control budget including cost forecast, expenditures and commitments.Reports directly to the Business Manager at the EPC Contractor’s home office location.Participates in: 1) Weekly Progress Status; and 2) Kick-Off Meetings with the Contractor and PMT to ensure common understanding of cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management requirements.Exhibits team leadership skills, integrity, interpersonal understanding, and self- confidence.Ensures company Function endorsement of Cost Estimates and Project Schedules (as required).

 Prepare & Issue planning package as per contractual terms & conditions and receiving approval from the Client within the stipulated period of the contract.  Ensure that schedule is based on project execution strategy and schedule milestones are achievable.  Develop S Curve and Manpower histogram and check if these are achievable.  Ensure that required resources and skill sets are available to meet the schedule and resources are leveled and activities are rescheduled if the required skill set is not available.  Ensure that schedule is updated and maintained valid throughout the duration of the project and that PM and team is aware of forward load and manpower availability.  Document schedule changes and keep time-phased copies of the schedule of the work as historical records as the project progresses.  Resource Planning and Forecasting of projects & activities.  Project Cost Control Budget Establishment and reporting.  Report Earned value in terms of earned man-hours and Value of Work done (VOWD). Compare & analyze earned value with actual and planned values and report in the form of CPI and SPI.  Participate in rising of Change request / Change Order.  Analyze schedule variance & plan remedy if there any negative variance.  Prepare progress invoice.  Prepare weekly / monthly project reports.  Prepare Project Control Statements & monthly forward load of resources.  Prepare portfolio level project reports. Upon completion of the project, verify that the as-built schedule reflects accurate completion dates for each schedule activity.

 Co-ordinate with design department and collect the product and project details. To prepare production path for product. To prepare Planning for project or product based on activity and required man-hours. Get the details from work-shop about the required material, tools and tackles are available at place while start the production.  Execute Manufacturing activities as per the prepared scheduled and co-ordinate with Sr. planning engineer about progress. Co-ordinate with Quality Department for Inspection & get Approval for Mass Production and further process. Send the material outside if further treatment to be done as per requirement like painting, galvanizing or etc. Maintain All documents and records related to production and as well as planning. Co-ordinate with involved departments and get the concerns of product and clear it. Prepare actual total product manufacturing cost and revert back to estimation department. Co-ordinate with client for sample approval and get it confirmed for mass production.
