Some of my day to day tasks include fixing domain join issues, Printer troubleshooting for both local and network issues, password resets for active directory and Office 365, troubleshooting deskphone issues, managing huntgroups, working with third party application software vendors, managing users in different databases for third party software vendors, using meraki dashboard for troubleshooting, use powershell to manage users in Domain Controllers, Troubleshoot VPN issues for Meraki VPN, SonicWall VPN, and Cisco Anyconnect, PC cleanup, Imaging Hard drives, and much more.
