Responsible for bringing 1.5 MTPA Underground mine and Concentrator Plant

Lead the mine planning department at Rampura Agucha Open Cast Mine.Core strategic & long term planning pertaining to resource requirement at site, mine closure activities, statutory permissions. Support and guide to short term (production) sequencing and scheduling team.

* Core strategic & long termplanning. Pit and dump optimisation. Support and guide to short term (production) sequencing and scheduling team.Develop mine and waste disposal plans and evaluate mining and waste disposal operations. Develop operational mine plans which meet all environmental, geological, engineering, and customer quality constraints. Evaluate existing mining operations and recommend improvements. Monitor the implementation of mine plans and mine system improvements. Develop plans for disposal of tailings, and other mineral waste materials. Assist in developing reclamationplans to coincide with the mine design, development, and planning.* Preparation of Business Plan (Budget) in line with Life of Mine Plan.* Evaluation and selection of mining equipment.

 I worked as Engineer I/c contractor's mining operation producing 50 Mt per year, In this role I was responsible for achieving day-to-day objectives of safety,cost, quality & throughput by meticulous operational planning with safe operational practices, and regulatory compliance. As a core team member of mining operation, I actively contributed to the important decisions related to mine plan short term and medium term. Liaising with external and internal customers like M/S Deco Engineering.

.During the period I worked as haul road engineer responsible designing, and maintaining pit haul roads to achieve business KPI's such as tyre life, truck productivity. 

I was part of Short term planning team, involved in quantitative & qualitative planning of yearly, monthly & daily mining .
