CurrentHave been leading a cross-functional team consisting of project managers, UI/UX designers, software engineers and software testers (automation + manual) to design and deliver high quality SaaS solutions to clients across various domains ranging from background verification and fraud detection to healthcare to gaming and entertainment.Built and continuously upgrading a highly configurable and scalable document collection and video calling micro services based platform from the grounds up to enable customer onboarding and fraud detection via document processing and background verification capable of handling close to 70,000 video calls and over 100,000 total customers per day.Conceptualised, designed and delivered a speech and NLP based game driven by a conversational AI platform for the Amazon Alexa platform.Designed and delivered a Flutter App (iOS, Android and Web) that aims at making reproductive healthcare accessible to every woman in India. Helped build a clinical diagnostic chat based model which helps collect medical information, history, symptoms, processes it against numerous historical records and provides with possible diagnosis. This enables the doctors on the platform with all the tools they need to provide patients with accurate and empathetic treatment.
