• Drive commercial growth for consulting business of NRD by bridging technical teams, statutory bodies, and key clients. Identify business opportunities for collaboration with consulting companies and startups, aiming to establish NRD as an end-to-end player in all facets of Mine Technical Services, including the creation of bankable feasibility reports• Act as a liaison with government authorities, State DoG/DoM, and key customers to drive policy and technical guideline changes, and foster relationships based on NRD's technical capabilities. • Develop project management tools for effective monitoring of commercial projects, including cost loading and mine financial modeling.

Drive Business Excellence in FAMD(Ferro Alloy and Mineral Division) of Tata Steel. Review, evaluate and ensure compliance to all improvement projects and initiatives, undertake preventive and corrective actions in cases of deviations in business performance. Facilitate all internal and external assessment to share and learn best practices.Drive TQM initiatives, Innovation and data analytics across FAMD value chain covering Mining, Alloy making in own/external processing plant, logistics and serving customers across the globe by developing and implementing (a) Data visualization and analytical tools (b) Optimization models and (c) including evaluating existing process/design and development of new process/designs.

Responsible for production , cost and safety compliance of Quarry AB mine of Tata Steel located at West Bokaro Division. This mine was responsible for production of 3.5MT of coal and handling 120LCuM of overburden.

Prepared the Annual Production Plan and Long-Term Plan based on Customer requirement consists of Business strategy, Production plan, Expenditure plan, Enterprise Risk Management. Business report analysis to MD, VP and other relevant stakeholder about performance and improvement initiative for Jharia division. Efficient procurement process :- Analysis of PR's and SR's prior to GM's approval Response Management and Communication to key stake holders Divisional Interface for internal customers, External stakeholders & MDs and VPs office. Track & monitor the status of on-going initiatives and Review & improve existing processes in various verticals.

Managing underground working district operating at a depth of more than 600 mts with bord and pillar method with mechanized operation in conjunction with hydraulic sand stowing.Studied and implemented hydra bolts for roof support in underground coal mines for the first time in India.Part of the team for the the installation of Man-Riding system in degree III gassy coal mine.

One year training program includes, Four months of introduction to the Company visit to major plant area and introduction to the major policy, code of conduct and etc. 3 month of on the job training to the department where I am likely to be posted. 2 month training program includes Management Development Program at XLRI Jamshedpur, Training for TQM Practices at DIMNA TATA Management Development Centre Jamshedpur, training for Business and social Etiquette program at TMDC, Outdoor leadership development program at Uttarkashi, Industrial Safety training under aegis of DU-PONT. Other 3 month program include one month each in safety, Total Quality Management and business centre.
