• Project Planning & Execution and Running of Plant. • Reviewing of Project progress regularly with Lead Discipline Engineers and team, understanding key issues which preventing work progress and assisting to head to resolve these issues.• Arranging and chair over weekly coordination meeting to review work progress, overall plan and to expedite and improve work.• Attending weekly Project Head meeting, review of Mechanical designs, Constructability and Project Plan • Liaise with Client, Consultant & Vendors for Technical designs and specification related issues.• Estimation of Material, Equipments and other items required for project.• Selection, Enquire, Negotiation of Equipments • Prepare and submission of a weekly & monthly Bar Chart for the project.• Approval taken of all Steels, P&IDs Line, Equipments, Special Equipments and Piping items and all other project engineering deliverables.• Monitoring of Site work along with status of action arising from Quality Deptt. • Checking of RA & Final bills• Overall control & responsibility for Coal Management, Planning, Monitoring &Execution.• Ensure availability of required quantity and quality of coal through available sources on regular basis as per the plan production targets, cost optimization targets and stipulated timelines.• Taking care of day to day operations related to Process, Quality & Logistics.• Processing of coal in different category& quality as per customer demand.• Blending/Mixing of coal as per quality needs.• Dispatching of coal to different end users by road / rail mode.• Liaison & coordination with vendors/consigners and local authorities.• Out of the technical part; I specially take care of best Safety & Security of the plant.
