Strength and conditioning practitioner for Reliance Foundation's National Olympic Program aimed towards olympic glory with RF scholarship olympic athletes.Previously worked as a strength and conditioning development coach on scholarship with the England and Wales cricket board under the ECB coach development scholarship initiative. My experience as a practitioner ranges in variety of sports. I have led the testing, planning, programming and delivery of strength and conditioning sessions for 100+ athletes participating in sports like rugby union, volleyball, golf, tennis, rugby league, cricket and swimming at the university of Warwick, University of Nottingham Sport and Loughborough University.My experiences so far not only allowed me to become a much more confident and competent coach in the area of strength and conditioning with responsibility to facilitate areas of physiology, nutrition, exercise/sport rehabilitation, and biomechanics but it also helped me to grow as a leader and to develop effective communication and relationship building skills with not only the athletes but also with stakeholders at the university. I believe a key skill of mine is adapting to new environments and my ability to develop relationships with people quickly.
