My key accomplishments were:Built 2 ground-up teams for media streaming and computer vision in a record 9 months to deliver person and package detection computer vision based solutions from live videos from Ring Cameras. Doubled Smart-Home Camera customer base from 9M devices in 2020 to 19M devices in 2021 by delivering on multitude of customer engagement driving features like Video doorbell, App Live View, Pan Tilt-Zoom, Smart Alerts through computer vision and motion signal integrations.Built 10 new Alexa Cloud services in a 2 years span driving 100+ millions of weekly camera actions (motion, doorbell, person, package) a key Alexa metric measuring growth.Scaled Alexa Camera experiences on a multitude of Cameras and device families through unified media stack strategy.Managed org-wide (500+ team members) operational excellence and cost efficiency programs while supporting 20+ services owned by Cameras team.

My responsibilities included:• Delivering Setup and Out of Box Experience with iOS and Android companion apps by collaborating with UX, product management, factory and various device management teams. • Owned delivering complex connectivity challenges for discovery and secure control messages between FireTV Recast and its clients (FireTVs, Echo Show and Companion Apps). • Architected and built Alexa Cloud Services for voice DVR operations for FireTV Recast launch. I was responsible for driving end-to-end Architecture, CX flow, development, delivery and operations for Alexa DVR voice features. Co-ordinated among 12+ teams ranging from Product management, Voice UX, Cloud services, Applied Science and device engineering teams as part of DVR voice service delivery.

Delivered the product in record 2 year across 3 operating systems and 10 platforms. My responsibilities included tracking product requirements, resources, staffing, schedules, delivery milestones, communication across 10+ distributed teams and deployment. Within Cisco this was a start-up project that launched Cisco’s vision for SDN in record 2 years.

Evangelist for the reverse route injection over onePK solution for the ASR9k Cisco product family.
