Current- Develop execution-able growth strategies with product owners to achieve the ROE targets for the business- Drive commercialisation pipeline for the solutions with Business Development partners- Mobilise teams on agreed strategies across geographies and maintain the delivery momentum - Evaluate vendor relationships, commercial agreements and deliverables and investment slates through collaboration with Finance, Technology and Digital teams- Manage project timelines, annual budgets and investment slate across multiple businesses - Position Transaction Banking products for success through a 3-5 year growth strategy- Develop payments and cash management solution roadmap with Product Partners, FIs, Technology and Data vendors. - Manage dependencies and risks and develop mitigation strategies
