In 2014, as I stared out at the London skyline, I realised the grey clouds matched where I was in my mind.Despite excelling academically and landing a dream job in pharmaceutical consulting, something vital was missing—I felt unfulfilled, disconnected and trapped.I had “made it” in my mind.
Internally, I was more lost than I’d ever been. This realisation sparked my journey into personal development, diving into topics like mindfulness, psychology, and human potential. I transformed by own life travelling across the world to work with mentors, coaches, and read hundreds of books.
