Presently working with Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) as Sub Inspector since 2013.• Responsible for providing secure environment by developing security systems at the site and ensure overall security of man and material and assets of the company.• Responsible for security set up and security procedures at the unit.• Responsible for strict vigilance and monitoring to avoid theft and pilferage.• Responsible for security automation in the key areas of manufacturing.• Liaise with civil police, RTO, revenue, regional passport offices, and other Govt. agencies.• Responsible for security audits and implementation of recommendations.• Responsible for training and development of security personnel.• Responsible for establishing the systems for checking and maintenance of different gate passes for entry and exit of company and materials.• Responsible for the movements of personnel and vehicles.• Selection and training of manpower. Shortlist and select suitable staff from the manpower provided by the vendor, and ensure that adequate training is provided to the deployed staff.• Responsible for deployment of Security Manpower as required.• Responsible for preparation of budget for Security and ensure adherence to laid down budget.• Ensuring that Security Staff is trained to handle all identified Emergencies.• Conducting regular risk assessment of the site.
