Presently working as an Instrumentation Manager with an overall experience of 12 years in Hydro carbon & Petrochemical industry. Expertizing in procurement, manpower handling, erection & commissioning, installation & maintenance of field instrumentation. Looking for an opportunity where my extensive experience & resourceful skills are optimally utilized.•Review and/or develop deliverables that will include inst loop drawing, JB wiring diagrams, I/O index, I/O lists, Bill of Quantities, Block Diagrams, Installation Hook-up Drawings, Instrument Plot Plans, Cable Tray Lay-outs, Cable Schedules, E & I Interface, control valve sizing, orifice sizing, P&IDs and any others required to complete projects. Assist in update of P&ID and control narratives.•Review documents submitted in the proposals stage, issue Enquiry requisitions, review techno-commercial vendor offers.•Prepare development and/or review of specifications, datasheets and calculations, work with vendors and review vendor documentation, meet with them, inspect vendor works and workshops when required, provide dispatch clearance and test certificates•Work effectively within a team of I&C engineers as well as interface with other departments and project managers•Install control and measurement instruments on existing and new plant equipment and processes•Consult manufacturer's manuals, Brochure and technical paper to identify tests and maintenance procedures for field instruments used for measuring and controlling various parameters•Lead the utilization of maintenance & assist the technicians along with self-involvement regarding maintenance, calibration & testing activities. Calibrate components and instruments according to manufacturers' specifications•Assist/guide to repair and adjust system components, such as sensors, transmitters and other field devices.•Inspect and testing of instruments•Participate in HAZOP meetings with other engineering discipline for new project and existing plant modification schemes.•Coordinate, maintain, improve and develop documentation and procedures for items such as instrument procedures, instrument configuration changes and checkout, common instrument troubleshooting procedures, instrument PM procedures, ISO audit related documentation all activity including auditing, Etc.•Manpower management, Costing & Budgeting, Procurement Activities, Inventory Management, Statutory requirements, Housekeeping, Workshop related activates, Test-Equipment’s calibration related activities.ARC/AMC contractual services, E-tendering Etc.
