General Election 2024- Implemented the Gandhinagar Jan Mahotsav (Cultural & Sports Event), for Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah.- Developed booth-level vote maximization strategies based on comprehensive analysis of previous election trends.- Managed social media outreach campaigns and evaluated their performance for the Gandhinagar LokSabha campaign.- Executed targeted outreach activities to mobilize support from various social groups and communityorganizations.- Provided strategic research assistance on policy and governance issues, coordinating with key representatives for campaign and scheme implementation.- Managed a team of 30 for primary and secondary research, conducting in-depth interviews and focus group discussions.Gujarat State Elections in 2022: - Worked on 12 assembly seats and 2 administrative districts with more than 3 million voters. - Performed multiple rounds of field study to combine quantitative and qualitative research for client advice and feedback.- Successfully conducted IDs (In Depth Interviews) with Senior Journalist, Politicians, Ministers, Influencers, Businessmen etc and conducted voter centric FDs(Focussed group Discussions) in different areas and synthesised the collected information into client consumable form by developing a common framework.

Pilot Project Stage :- I am currently creating plans and strategies to increase awareness of the app among all stakeholders in Gujarat. - I am in the process of making short term and long term plans for brand promotional activities that will help with better market penetration and positioning- I am also responsible for coordinating with the State Government and Local Government to address governance issues raised by Awake Citizens. I understand that the app has the potential to empower citizens and help them voice their concerns on governance-related matters.- To address governance issues, I will work closely with the State and Local Governments to understand their policies and regulations. I will also engage with Awake Citizens to understand their concerns and suggestions for improvement.- My goal is to facilitate better communication and coordination between Awake Citizens, State Government, and Local Government.
