The objective was to reduce breakdowns and maintenance costs by accurately estimating when an air filter would reach the end of its useful life. To tackle this challenge, I proposed a solution by developing a model that could predict the RUL of the filters. I utilized a method that identified cycle changes and estimated RUL based on the rate of KPA increment. This approach proved to be effective in improving the reliability and efficiency of air filter maintenance. Throughout the project, I leveraged my skills in Python and utilized Tableau for data visualization.
