- Participated in Plan of the day meetings and represented the BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) department. Communicated important announcements, safety notes & updates with site team.- Prepared cost estimates for PM, labor breakouts, crew matrix, LOTO documentation, Phase rotation checks.- Conducted walkdowns with owner, kept track of punch list items and updated daily work completion.- Led various safety meetings and collected daily safety documents (EHA, JHA, etc.) from FM and GF.- Successfully completed a capstone project on material and inventory management with fellow interns.- Assisted in preparing final inspection documentation before turning the part of project to the owner.

- Use the Marriott software to check the guest into the rooms, manage reservations, assist guests with changes to their reservations, and create new reservations for the guest over the phone/walk-in- Print Daily reservations reports, keep track of the cash counter, create work orders for the maintenance teams, and prepare guest check-out list for the housekeeping team- Greet the guest when they arrive at the front desk, take care of the guest's needs, provide guests with water, drinks, and snacks as well as talk to them about their day and expectations from our team to provide the best possible experience for the guest during their stay- Helped Co-workers with programs like Excel, word, and the Marriott check-in/reservations software
