Current• Lead the Steam Product Management business of 20 Million Euro on Energy Conservation and reduction of Carbon Footprint • Developed new solutions for key applications like Multi Effect Evaporator, Fluidized Bed Dryer and Solvent Recovery Columns which paved way for new Energy conservation avenues in the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry• Successful Launch of New Products Pan India and International Markets (Products-Reactor Steam Trap, mPump)• To lead a Team of 2 Product Managers, 28+ Engineers and 900+ Dedicated Customers• Working jointly with Asia Pacific Team to run Key Initiatives for the International Market• Integrate with Internal (R&D , Supply Chain, Legal, Regulations) and External Partners • Manage Key Opinion Leaders, Sales Force Training, Demand Planning and Forecasting• Plan & Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns for the Brand at Regional and National Level • Launched Digital Initiatives which cater to Internet of things (IOT) based solutions• Actively involved in Brand Management and Content Creation
