Software Strategy Group• Serving Private Equity firms and corporations on buy-side commercial and technology due-diligence projects; casework involved product strategy, technology architecture, hosting, and security• Completed 20+ engagements evaluating companies ranging from marketing automation, digital fundraising, and ERP to privileged access management, GRC software, and healthcare e-commerce

• Supported Deloitte’s largest Salesforce CRM implementation for a Big 4 online advertising, search engine, and cloud technology company.• Developed a Google Apps Script (Google Drive Scraper) to help practitioners better navigate project documentation. • Designed & created a SharePoint Website to support the automation of contracting and onboarding for 500+ practitioners.

Intuit Platform Enablement - Tech Learning• Developed an engineering new college graduate (NCG) roadmap for Intuit Platform, including community building events, growth opportunities, training & development. Led 25+ interviews with current Interns and NCGs to do so.• Collaborated with multiple stakeholders from the engineering community to assess the current landscape and provided learning opportunities to grow skills & knowledge in line with Intuit’s technology strategy and priorities.• Pushed for a more data-driven approach to the Tech Learning team’s operations and performance metrics. • Assessed training materials & drafted proposals to improve the learners’ experience to quicken their proficiency level.

• Analyzing and managing search & social media marketing campaigns across Curology’s online channels.• Performing comprehensive data analysis, web scraping and A/B testing to optimize adwords, keywords and ad performance across several Ad Platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, etc.)• Optimizing campaigns and maximizing budget across channels.• Collaborating with brand & engagement marketing team members to execute joint campaign partnerships.

Teaming with Diversity for Innovative Output - Prof. Sara Beckman & Dr. Rachel Dzombak• Executed a data analysis to investigate the impact of diversity & learning styles on team dynamics & innovative output in Engineering classes at Berkeley.• Analyzed survey data & project websites collected over time to understand the effects of teaming education on student success.• Drafted a report exploring the relationship between learning styles and demographics for the Design Program at Philadelphia Uni.

• Collected & used data analytics to provide optimal targeting strategies for customer acquisition & retention.• Worked with the UX Team to redesign and quicken the onboarding process by addingHindi & Tagalog language capabilities, catering larger market segments.

• Worked on a Social Financial Technology project aimed at improving Wealth Management in India.• Spearheaded market analysis of existing competition, with a focus on tools that support goal-based wealth management.• Collaborated with the UX Lead to synthesize research, draft personas, journey maps, cataloguing insights.• Created an ecosystem flowchart to promote integrated marketing to influence greater sales.• Advised a team to create a curriculum about Design Thinking for Indian Universities.
