Attended a Career & Life Skills Course by Chitkara Happiness Centre at Chitkara University, Punjab. The course was completely taught by Mr Manav Bansal Sir, a Chief Happiness Officer at Chitkara University and my mentor under whose guidance and support I uplifted myself in these all 12 skills.During the course, I had the opportunity to learn and implement a total of 12 modules, which included Networking, Personal Branding, Communication Skills, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Time Management, Creativity Skills, Ethics & Integrity, Mindfulness, IKIGAI, Self-Love, and Magical Relationships.I found the course incredibly valuable, as it helped me develop skills essential for my personal and professional growth. The modules were designed to be interactive and practical, allowing me to apply what I learned in real-life situations. I particularly enjoyed the module on networking skills in which I learnt the art of how to reach out to the best people and also how to build a connection with them.Overall, the Career & Life Skills Course was a transformative experience that has helped me become a better version of myself. I am grateful to Mr Manav Bansal Sir for his guidance and support throughout the course.
