Collaborate with the marketing teams to implement and execute offline and online marketing activities in line with the Global goals and in-country objectives.5. Instrumental in developing initiatives for new projects together with the Merchandising, Marketing and VM.6. Responsible to create training programs and course design for the distributor operations team and front-end staff.

Responsible for Crocs E-commerce business in India through their direct E-commerce channel (.Com) and marketplaces. Key job responsibilities include:1. Developing and executing the e-commerce strategy for direct e-commerce (.com) and marketplaces to meet and exceed the sales targets2. Business expansion by acquiring potential marketplace accounts and appointing the sellers.3. Responsible for the product assortment and the monthly promotional calendar.4. Planning / adapting and executing the digital marketing strategy including budget allocation to drive more traffic on the website via SEO, SEM, PPC, Affiliate marketing, email/SMS marketing and social media marketing.5. Ensure customer delight by constant improvement in the shopping / customer experience on the website.6. Collaborate with the external marketplace teams to develop and execute the online marketing activations across the marketplaces to drive traffic on our product pages and maximize revenue.
