Fine Tuning of reactor & burner parameters based on simulation (SULSIM) results, which improved sulphur recovery efficiency to 99% thus reducing Sox emissions from SRU.Preparation of new schemes to improve operational flexibility or cost savings (yield/ throughput improvement), etc.Liaise with procurement and contract services for (i) Vendor/indigenous development as import substitution (ii) Maintenance of adequate inventory of chemicals/catalysts. (iii) Preparation of Cost estimates, Vendor Interaction during Pre-Bid & Post-Bid. (iv) Tender Pre-Qualification criteria evaluation followed by Technical Evaluation for Chemicals and Catalysts.
