Collaborated with teams around the company to successfully launch various products in global push type market requirements.He was responsible for mass production of new products in global market including CE and UL certifications for US and European markets, worth of INR 100.0 million annual revenue. Proactively reduced the cost burden to the business by >20% through initiating VAVE in new products and services such as, Indigenization, should cost analysis and ease of service & spares.He successfully organized company-wide event “ELGi Technology Day 2019”, a “state of the future art” initiative and lead brand building, emotionally driven, special project TIRANGA to completion.
