To date, NEXT has launched over 400 ventures, raised $1.8B of equity capital, and created over 3,000 new jobs.As the Head of Marketing and Communications, I was responsible for building the strategic vision for the Marketing team, manage the budget and grow talent. My team was accountable for branding and content strategy, managing NEXT's value proposition, and campaign planning and execution. We manage all owned marketing channels, including; social (paid + organic), website, SEO, email, sponsorship, events, and PR media.

RBC Ventures is a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada, with the goal of going beyond banking to create meaningful solutions for all Canadians. As a Product + Growth Lead, I built the product roadmap and drove initiatives aimed to maximize user engagement for Prepped, a digital career coach for students and recent grads. I also partnered with the Marketing team to plan, test and execute growth channels while optimizing for cost and conversion. During my time, our scrum team grew Prepped from MVP to 100k+ users.

As a Senior Account Executive, I was responsible for maintaining client relationship and managing the day-to-day activities. I was accountable for; leading internal and external creative reviews, creating creative briefs, managing project workflows with cross-functional teams, and reviewing account finances.Clients included; vitaminwater, smartwater, Pirate's Booty, and Yasso (frozen Greek yogurt pops)

As an Account Executive, I was responsible for coordinating internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of assets. I worked with FXDD, a foreign exchange broker, between December 2011 - January 2013.
