-Troubleshooting and maintenance of DMS 100 and Signal Transfer Point Equipment (STP).-Coordinating and working with CSTs, CSAs, Tier 1s, Consumer Coordinators with regard to residential or business wireline, SIP trunk, PBX Phone System, or voicemail troubles. -Replicating customer voice troubles and coming up with a detailed and documented solution.-Collaborating with TSTs in testing and monitoring T1 circuits and repair of DMS 100 equipment.-Maintenance of our Voicemail Servers (CIM) through the use of CLI in a Linux based server.-Tracing SIP and ISUP call flows using IRIS to assist or solve troubles with regard to residential, business, Inter Carrier Relations, and Emergency Services customers.-Implementing voice or data circuits (T1) and initial turn up of Broadband Line Gateways equipment by coordinating with various departments (SSIC, District TSTs, and Network Administrators).-Responding to out of hours trouble calls from NOC and Emergency Services.
