1)Achieving monthly targets of Department objectives which are mttr, mtbf, pm works, statutory compliance.2)Preparation of preventive maintenance schedules, and its execution, attending breakdown works, why why analysis identifying root cause and its counter measures using tqm tools3)Preparing part drawings in Autocad for required machines4)Executing the project activities part of TEI and Implementing QIT Projects.5)Handling internal-external Audits, Active member participating in on going TQM activities, and preparation of documents for IATF-16949, ISO14001:2015, Customer Audits,6)Preparation of SOP for new installed machines and PM schedules, daily checklists and history cards in coordinating with production department.7)To maintain optimum level of inventory at stores and Critical Spares procurement.8)Attending PM Works and Break down works of Belt convers, Bucket elevators, Hammer mills, Sieving machines, Cooling towers, Heat exchangers, Hbf, Dry magnetic separators wet magnetic eperaters,10Ton Blenders, Reduction furnaces, EOT Cranes, Driers, Slurry pumps, Diesel Generators and Compressors.9)Generating KAIZENS, POKA YOKE, OPL and its implementation, Maintaining 5S at shop floor.10)Maintaining statutory compliance documents and AMC reports,inspection for weighing machines and dead weights stamping, pressure vessels, tools and tackles inspection11)Maintenance of Gas plants , 1) Nitrogen Generation plants and 2) Ammonia crackers
