Developed a robust incident retrieval system using Python and Django to access data from Azure table storage, cutting response times by 40 percent and alerting teams automatically upon incident resolution, enhancing operational efficiency and real-time response capabilities. Enhanced the system to prioritize incidents on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, sending regular reminders to specific teams for unresolved incidents and escalating priority for unresolved incidents after 1-2 days. Developed 10 additional software solutions with varying datasets for associated teams, improving response times for both internal teams and clients.

I was responsible for handled maintenance and resolving incident breaches detected through a cloud-based system and created a customized software solution to make the incident resolution process more efficient, which reduced our daily workload by 4 to 5 hours.
