Thanks to Service Desk we've been able to prevent major issues spreading up by tracking and solving group incidents. The overall time an employee has to expend requesting service desk support has dramatically improve over the year and now the internal IT operation team is able to look back in the past and do regular retrospectives with the data extracted from the tool.
