• Study supports claims made by Carbo Ceramics showing 20 -30% higher gas rates for neutrally wet proppant

• Participated in volunteering events organized by ASC at the Houston Food Bank of sorting over 20,000 lbs. of food.

• History matched flowback data of a tight gas Saudi well using Rubis (Kappa) simulator
• History match model was run in prediction mode to forecast well performance and estimate well EUR
• Results of the history match model (well transmissibility and well EUR) are being used in field development planning
• A second conceptual model was built to study the impact of soaking on flowback performance. Soaking (3 months) increases gas rate in early history but does not increase ultimate recovery for the well

• Analyzed compositions of over 50 samples from international and domestic wells to assess hydrocarbon quality
• Presented hydrocarbon fingerprints for over 20 clients that provided insight of reservoir continuity
• Evaluated fluid properties used to guide clients of best production scenarios for the long term viability of the well
• Extracted saturates, aromatics, resins, and asphaltenes (SARA analysis) to determine crude oil stability

• Prepare final reports of asphaltene analysis for clients using Excel, MS Word, and an imaging software.

• Led the expansion of the Flow Assurance Laboratory, doubling our workload capacity by designing and constructing 3 slim tube rigs rated to 25,000 psig, 300°F and 3 gas volumeters
