About Jairo Mora

I'm sure that postproduction is for people that give their heart and soul.Here I tell you why: dream big, increase chances to reach big goals, I know it because since younger I've been a dreamer with soul, heart and realistic thinking pursuing going beyond the limits.At starting my career in post production more than 14 years ago, I let myself be dazzled by movies and television, because y always considered them amazing worlds with secrets to discover, and I'm still dazzled.►¿What I do? My passion is execute post production projects, innovating processes and improving the pipeline to deliver with the best practices, quality as soon as possible. During my career, I've led projects in companies like: RCN Television, Fox Telecolombia where I was leader for teams with more than 70 people with different roles in post production area, coordinating, delegating and achieving keep 7 productions with formats like high end series, soap operas, reality shows, documentaries among others. Filmarte Digital company which I'm director and founder, with which I presented the best offer of post production for the tv serie Sala de Urgencia 2nd Season achieving savings for USD$200.000 for our customer accomplishing with schedule in terms signed.►¿How do I do it? I focus in driven results, and efficiency of the resources human and technical and the accomplishment of the budget, creating high performance teams, pursuing professional growing for the people through constant learning, empowering skills for the development inside the company and managing the knowledge to contribute increasingly to post production quality.►This is what I do for the companies I am looking to work.Contribute my knowledge and my experience to achieve the goals established looking for improve budget execution minimizing operational losses in post production area, accomplishing schedules established, innovating with the technology in post production world.
