Architect, graduate of Javeriana University, Bogota, Colombia, in June 1998. Twenty-five years of experience, twenty-three of which were spent at Tec Cuatro S.A., an Engineering and Architectural Consulting firm based in Barcelona, Spain. From 2000 to 2006 I worked in Barcelona at the parent company and from October 2006 to the day at the Colombian branch in Bogota.From October 2006 until today my main goal was to expand the footprint of Tec4 in Colombia, Central and South America. In Colombia, first I oversaw all the activities required to set up the office in Bogotá as a non-domiciled company. In 2013, thanks to the successful development of our business opportunities I set up the Colombian Branch. Implementation activities included: registrations (Treasury, DIAN, Chamber of Commerce, RUP, etc.), management of international documentation to be able to fulfill the country's tenders requirements. Acting as: Country Manager and Legal Representative, Technical and Commercial Manager and Studies Coordinator. Developed and participated in studies, designs, projects, audits, and construction management for clients in the private and public sector in the areas of roads, railways, tram, metro lines, buildings, urban planning, architecture, among others. I have overseen the forming of successful JV and Consortiums with local and foreign firms and acting as the legal representative in those. Knowledge and management of the main local government entities like Instituto Nacional de Vías (INVIAS), Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI) in charge of P3, Metro de Medellín, Metro de Bogotá, Metro Cali, Instituto de Desarrollo Urbano (IDU), Instituto de Recreación y Deportes (IRDB) of Bogota, Area Metropolitana de Medellín, Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A. (FDA) etc. Procedural Knowledge of international credit organizations (IDB, BIRF, World Bank, among others), participating in successful procurements, achieving eligible status.In 2012, I collaborated in creating the Tec-4 Peru Branch, in Lima. This resulted in a prosperous business venture to date.Over the years I also participated in various Architectural, Urban and Engineering Studies and Design Competitions, achieving first place, second place and honorable mention.
