As Director of Partnerships I oversee all relationships with our churches and pastors to inspire, equip and resource them to implement Rooted, and other Rooted Network resources at their church to build a healthy and thriving discipleship pathway. I oversee 3 main areas for our organization: Coaching - I am responsible for the US and all International coaching opportunities for Rooted Network. Having personally been the only coach the last 16 months, I now oversee two other coaches to serve the US and global expansion of Rooted Network. Events- Running about 20-30 events a year for our organization, we create training experiences that help equip and inspire pastors and churches around the world. Partnerships - I curate direct relationships to create Partner Churches in each state and globally that help engage their local area as well as other spheres of influence to expand Rooted's visibility, accessibility and credibility.

Provided leadership, mentoring and growth opportunities for 12 campus worship leaders as well as executed and implemented Seacoast Worship vision across campuses for centralized worship and technology. Created centralized assets for all campuses. Lead worship at local campus that included leadership, recruiting, rehearsing, vision casting and overseeing tech and worship teams.
