My Responsibilities: • AWS Infrastructure Support for Futuristic New Product Development and Managing the IT Operations for all Infrastructure Projects for SAS Group companies• Monitoring all Production and Non-production Servers through CloudWatch.• Troubleshooting for any issue come regarding any services from AWS Infrastructure.• Manage IAM Users, Group, Permissions and Setup MFA• Configuration and troubleshooting VPC, LB, TG, Security Group, RDS and Route 53, etc.• Create S3 bucket and provide the permission S3 user as per requirement.• EC2 instance Creation/Deletion/Start/Stop/Reboot/Terminate/Detach and attach volumes.• Manage the entire Google Workspace environment & governance and manage all infrastructure for Website Hosting.• Facilitate & deploy Key technology initiative to strengthen our network capabilities across SAS Group for seamless operations.• Lead the complete Audio/Visual Technology Architecture for SAS and group companies.• Guiding IT Infra team for Group Companies and constantly focusing on improvement of processes.• Manage the complete IT procurement for SAS Group and Identify new IT Infra vendor(s) for who are economical and scalable.

My Responsibilities: • Managing the IT Operations for all Infrastructure Projects for SATIN Group companies (includes setting up of DC, helpdesk, network, security, end-user solutions etc.).• Manage the entire Exchange / Google Workspace environment for the entire Satin group of companies.• Lead the infrastructure setup for 1100+ branches & 60+ Regional Offices of Satin & group companies. • Setup processes & policies for maintaining ISO 27001:2013 standards for Satin & group companies.• Managing a team of IT Support Engineers for HO• Lead the complete Audio/Visual Technology Architecture for Satin and group companies, right from conceptualizing, scoping, planning and implementation. • Own the vendor optimization process by identifying and selecting strategic vendors. Analyze and select existing and potential contracts for renegotiation of business terms and service levels.• Lead large implementation project for SATIN from an IT perspective i.e. “New Office” develop end to end Infrastructure Architecture and own the implementation (includes passive/active networking, audio-visual, UPS, Datacenter setup, Server migration etc..)• Research and bring in innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency / end user capability / cost saving initiative• Manage the complete IT procurement & Budgeting.

My Responsibilities:  Monitoring Citrix User’s session and Creating User ID on Citrix. Making report of performance of all servers. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of, Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 and XenApp. User and system management using Active directory (Account Creation, Deletion, Reset, Unlock etc.) Monitoring Link UP/DOWN using Whats up Gold and log call to respective vendor. Monitoring and Updating deployment of McAfee EPO Antivirus on all desktops & Laptops through the server. Resolve the Problems with team within SLA and handling the calls till closure. Configuration of Blackberry, iPhone, I PAD, tablets, Backup, restoring and troubleshooting.  Sound knowledge of Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting “Lotus Notes”. Troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN) issues, Wi-Fi configuration & Access Point (HP). SAP installation and configuration. Handling of escalated calls from my team, management and Client. Giving training to engineers on technical problems and new technology implementation.

Roles and Responsibility: Monitoring I-enable service desk software, attending calls, taking actions to resolve the call on SLA based. Monitoring and Updating deployment of McAfee Antivirus on all desktops & Laptops. VIP Users Call Handling within agreed norms with effective satisfaction. Uploading & Deployment of Image (OS) through WDS (Windows Deployment Services) & RIS (Remote Installation Services). Configuring and Conducting Video & Audio Conference to Different Location. Configuration and troubleshooting of Email Profiles for users using Messaging Clients Such as MS Outlook 2003 /2007/2010. Troubleshoot network connectivity LAN & Wi-Fi issues. Implementation and troubleshoot of RSA token with VPN at client location. Configuration & troubleshooting of Data Card.  Resolving all the Network and local Printer related issues. Installation and troubleshooting of Scanning Device (Barcode & PDT). Providing L2 support to user (Hardware and Software) related to desktop, Laptop and associated peripherals. Remote location user support by (VNC, Net- meeting, Team Viewer and My Desktop Manager)..  Handling all Desktop related issues and providing Manual, Remote and telephonic support. Installation, maintenance and up gradation of PC's and troubleshooting H/W, S/W and N/W related problems. Handling all asset management with PAV- Physical asset verification and IMAC Installation Movement Additional Changes. Co-coordinating with various vendors to resolve critical issue. Responsible for providing technical support to FM Engineers. Provide 99.99% customer satisfaction with constant and dedicated support with team.
