**Primary Responsibilities:**1. **Therapy Education**: Oversee therapy education efforts for healthcare professionals (HCP) focused on Continuous Ambulatory and Automated Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD/APD).2. **Patient Training**: Lead patient training programs for individuals dealing with Chronic/Acute Kidney Disease who are undergoing Peritoneal Dialysis.3. **Team Leadership**: Manage a team of Clinical Specialists operating in various territories, guiding them towards achieving clinical goals.4. **Patient Support Center**: Supervise a call center team responsible for managing all inbound and outbound patient communications.5. **Innovation Projects**: Actively participate in projects geared towards introducing innovation and excellence in the division's operations and services.

PMNDP Prime minister National Dialysis Program included PD therapy as a treatment option and we initiated trainings for the HCP at District hospitals and medical colleges. Through these activities a strong foundation has been created for the PD Program in Kerala and many patients got benefited.Sri Lanka also continued to grow in therapy penetration. Virtual training programs has been initiated. online and offline training modules has been introduced for therapy education.

in addition to the role as a clinical leader, I took an additional responsibility as Field trainer to drive clinical fitness for the field employees who are on direct pay roles as well as on outsourced roles.

I worked as a Clinical team leader in Sri Lanka and south India ( Kerala, Chennai and Karnataka) along with a team of clinical specialists. We as a team worked to improve therapy outcomes in these territories through various activities.

In my role as a CTL I was instrumental in initiating PD therapy in Sri Lanka and developed this market on PD. Trainings for the health care professionals and patients initiated for increasing awareness on RRT and PD in this territory .I worked for therapy training , retraining, maintaining clinical data , and to implement clinical strategies in this territory.

I worked in Pondicherry and some parts of Tamilnadu. I explored the opportunities to spread knowledge of PD among the HCPs and Patients and developed this territory with good number of therapy users. Major activities include, Training and retraining patients on PD.Increase the awareness on PD by conducting counseling sessions.Follow up of PD patients etc .

I worked as Assistant Lecturer for the Nursing students and trained them on nursing skills. Took part of the Clinic visits along with students to give in depth knowledge about patient care.Clinical Instructer.Class room/bedside training on various clinical aspects .Following nursing practices as instructed by Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical university.

Worked in the operation theatre as scrub /floor nurse to assist in Ortho, neuro, Uro, ENT, Gyn, GI and plastic surgeries. Also worked in pre/post operative areas. Staff Nurse-Operation TheatreAssisting major and minor surgeries.Pre operative , intraoperative, and post operative management .BLS,ACLS Provider,Disaster recovery representative of the unit.
