1. To run complete mud checks according to API Standards and MI-Swaco Drilling Engineering Manual.2. To operate drilling fluid equipment’s such as Rheometers, Brookfield Viscometers, API Fluid Loss, HTHP Fluid Loss, Permeability Plugging Apparatus, Particle Size Analyzers, Retorts and Lubricity Testers.3. To test drilling fluids at Before Hot Roll Conditions and After Hot roll Conditions up to 320F.4. To run PPT’s at high temperatures and pressures.5. QAQC on products and chemicals reaching the location when required.6. Work alone under the supervision of the Drilling Fluid Technical Manager in Testing and Design of Drilling Fluids.7. Troubleshoot equipment’s according to capacity and calibration of equipment’s.8. Systematic tracking of equipment’s, spare parts, chemical inventory, Mud Check reports and iterations of the lab.9. Preparing project reports under the guidance of Technical and Lab Manager.
