Green Street Consulting Services is a management consulting firm targeting grant making foundations, cause-related marketing businesses and direct service nonprofit organizations. Green Street Consulting Services has joined other principal organizations and successfully delivered the first wage based tax credit syndication for a nonprofit agency. After helping build this new revenue generating model for nonprofit employers, Green Street Consulting Services expanded several lines of business to serve a national client base of government and philanthropic organizations, offering grant writing, cause-related marketing, campaigning and program development services.

Jaison Morgan started with the City of Chicago as a graduate student, while attending the University of Chicago. His first full time position was as Coordinator of Economic Development for the Department of Planning, where he built a grant making system to distribute Federal Title XX funds. He successfully designed, launched and managed a small business incubator in one of Chicago's lowest income neighborhoods (a partnership with the US Small Business Administration and the Illinois Department of Commerce); see www.chiventures.org. He served in the City's Office of Budget and Management, interacting with elected officials and coordinating investment in programs serving public housing residents. He spent three years working for the Mayor's Office, where he was a member of the Mayor's Speakers' Bureau and managed senior officials in the City's Parks, Schools and Libraries (receiving a special commendation for his work with the Chicago Public Schools, Office of Education to Careers).
