CurrentShiprocket Checkout (formerly Fastrr) is a SAAS based checkout solution for E-commerce. It is designed to enhance e-commerce checkouts, making them faster, safer, and more secure. It aims to improve the shopping experience, boost conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, it addresses key industry challenges, such as managing COD (Cash on Delivery) RTO (Return to Origin) issues.Job Responsibilities : -Attained 140% of target quota earning the award of ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ in 2024-Prospecting, assessing and onboarding D2C brands & high potential sellers especially E-commerce Enterprise brands- 137+ onboarded / year- Attending various events and conferences, and conducting product demonstrations.- Providing pre-sales consultation expertise in IT processes, configurations, and interfaces.-Actively employing strategic problem-solving skills to continuously translate business requirements into measurable business value.- Decision-making power in contract negotiations up to a certain budget- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback, drive product enhancements, and ensure customer success & building new initiatives.- Tracking, managing, and updating information in our CRM (Salesforce) and reporting activity and success through a proactive and informed approach.- Tracking and analysing sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and drive continuous improvement
