IT Professional having hands on experience in Project Delivery and Support of Linux Server, Database and Networks.•Change Management -Experience with planning, coordinating and follow up approvals, implementation of technical changes •Infra Deployment: Install Linux servers in bare metal & VNF environment and follow security guidelines in Production•Configuration Management: Configure Servers and Applications as per agreed solutions.•Customized Solutions: Modify standard code to achieve Business call-flow.•Problem Management - Work to identify the root cause on reactive/Proactive problems and prevent them•Testing: Perform all business call-flow (User Acceptance Test) with client and submit performance report to Client and internal team.•Project Delivery: Ensure handover of customization projects to Care/Support team (after go-live).•Operational Monitoring: Perform maintenance tasks for DB, Load Balancer & Firewall •Automation: Write and execute shell script to automate backup, logs and CDRs etc.•Support: Trouble-shoot incidents reported by end-users, escalating where necessary to schedule system changes, and discussing resolutions with end-users in-order to arrive at permanent solution.
