- Work as part of the Account Management Team and supports all activity within the designated account (s) to ensure existing business is maintained and business growth is supported & ensure long-term commitment from customers by focusing on depth of product usage, highlighting the benefits and values to the customer.- Prepare financial and business analysis, including pricing worksheets, billing histories, issue management, etc. Review / approve invoices for customers and resolve any billing issues. Ensure billing is consistent and correct over the terms of the agreements. - Conduct business analysis to establish customer business and functional requirements, key business drivers and solution proposals. Evaluate alternatives, cost implications and suggest creative solutions based on customer requirements- Support proposals for new business opportunities (RFP/RFI). Assisting sales team with functionality expertise delivered in preparation for customer meetings or directly to customers. - Provide training and support for customer projects, such as migrations and product deployments. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure support strategies are formulated & effectively implemented.

• Provide Business Support for users on Radixx, and ensure timely dissipation of information to help users.• Support and manage GDS Reservations and Booking Messages• Support and test new links being setup between flydubai and other airlines• Support interline settlement process and generate data for settlement• Validate reservation data in invoices• Monitor reject queues and ensure appropriate action taken• Support reservations over website and call centre• Implement appropriate health checks and real time alerts to catch system issues including integrity violations, data related issues and validation issues• Collect requirements from stakeholders for system enhancements/new functionality, translate them into business requirements document and raise change requests with vendors. Provide support during implementation of change requests• Manage interaction with vendors, and plan for/implement activities including release planning, acceptance testing, verification of test plans and support during production release• Communicate system promotes and outages to affected departments in a timely manner, and provide regular updates. Manage expectations of system users.• Liaise with other departments to ensure their system requirements are met, and also in providing data requested by them

Coordinate testing for new pricing related external systems and internal MARS, suggest and incorporate EK requirements. Support fares/pricing and distribution related issues from external MARS carriers.Suggest new filing options with ATPCO for development and implementation as new industry standards. Initiate correspondence with interline carriers on fare quote issues/SPA RBD filing.Support EK revenue accounts, EK pricing support system on their respective queries and support EK Farelogix system by pass testing and development.Suggest new filing options with ATPCO for development and implementation as new industry standards. In House testing of various Electronic distribution Techniques. Co-ordinate and test solutions (new products / functions / features / applications) that have been devised to address the anomalies in fare quote logic between other Fare Quote systems and CRS’s to ensure each quote, price, and ticket in accordance with EK's requirements. Update, distribute and monitor EK online/interline/corporate/internet fares & fares rules. Quality Auditing of all EK Fares and Rules filed through ATPCO. Handling queries pertaining to Fare display /auto-pricing and other related subject.Testing & auditing of EK surcharges (YQ/ Q/YR) worldwide in all major CRS & highlighting discrepancies if any with the concerned CRS to ensure correct auto-pricing of the same.Responsible for update/maintenance of Baggage data through S7 FBA through ATPCO Baggage systems.Conduct presentations and training for the team members on ATPCO/GDS system processing and coding details.Assist PDM in testing of fare products and new distribution systems and report in case of discrepancies if any.
