 Advice, monitor and control all production activities during the hull building phase. Carried out production of hull structure from steel cutting to complete hull structure and solving technical issues on the vessel and updating the drawings as such. Advanced hull outfitting was to be integrated with foreseeing the routing of pipelines as per line drawing and without fouling of these with each other in later stages. Additional stiffening of structure to reduce noise and vibration was to be analyzed and solved. To check works are executed as per applicable standard and to liaise with all stake holders for their services, purchase, and commissioning. Class surveys have to be scheduled and comments from class has to be updated in drawings for future reference. As a part of setting up of new building yard, was a part of designing team to make optimum structure for cradles, to be lifted by forklift or overhead cranes. This was followed by design of jigs for block construction, shop floor foundations, CNC cutting machine base etc. Extension of aluminum building shop and design and strength calculation of associated structures was done. Have designed various foundations for machineries and numerous types of tools for bending machine. To be part of audit group (for ISO certification) under the supervision of quality manager to check the accuracy of recordkeeping and ensure that procedures and controls are managed in accordance with established principles.
