Specific Duties and Responsibilities:- Visit potential customers for new business- Provide project proposal and attend pre-bid invitations - - Provide customers with quotations- - Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales- - Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on inquiry- - Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations- - Identify new markets and business opportunities- - Record sales and send copies to the sales office- - Review your own sales performance- - Telemarketing- Preparing the quotation for respective client- Prepares & Update weekly Sales Report for Monday Staff Meeting- Prepares & gathers all necessary documents for Accreditation papers

- Computation of Duties & Taxes (Import)- Declaration to E2M Sytems (Import Entry)- Prepare necessary documents to process the Import Entry in the BOC.- Proper declaration of imported goods (Import/ export), Tariff Rate, and proper declaration for classification of the goods.- Monitoring of the shipment status- Inbound releasing of the shipment- Prepared Sales Invoice - Monitor Sales performance.-
