Provided business development and senior program management oversight for multiple concurrent programs with NOAA, Census Bureau, and Department of Education, with combined contracts value of over $75M. Programs include National Service Desk, Census Longitudinal Employment and Housing Dynamics (LEHD), and several Internet/Intranet projects at the DoED including ED.gov. Provide strategic direction and oversight of ActioNetDesk, a reusable IT Service Management (ITSM) service offering designed as a multi-tenant ITIL compliant solution with customizable options, utilizing incident, request, problem, knowledge, asset, project, and change management. This solution utilizes cloud based ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy), remote desktop management (Bomgar), and Cisco Automated Call Distribution (ACD) system with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As the first tenant of this solution, the National Service Desk (NSDesk) is a 3PAO assessed moderate rated FISMA compliant solution. Developed plan for FEDRAMP certification. NSDesk was the 2013 recipient of ActioNet’s Team Achievement Award.Websites were built to strict Section 508 accessibility requirements and compliant with NIST, FIPS, and Certification and Accreditation (C&A) standards. ActioNet is externally assessed at CMMI Maturity Level 3. Program responsibilities included Account Management, Capture Management, Staff/Resource Management, Risk Management, Subcontractor Management, Asset Management, and Proposal Management. Also worked closely with corporate back office teams to refine and mature processes and procedures to support a rapidly growing environment.

Provided direction, business development, and program oversight for federal civilian healthcare programs with the Department of Health and Human Services and Veterans Administration. Initial project included design and development of a public facing website for the Bureau of Health Professions (BHPr) at Health Services Resources Administration (HRSA), providing access to Health Workforce Statistics. Policy holders are guided through the claims process which allows them to file and track their claim on the Internet. Web analytics, focus groups, and usability reviews were utilized. Business Partner (B2B) applications included coverage verification for lienholders, online inspection submissions, emergency road service, and glass business partner applications. Each application was designed to automate delivery of information, thus significantly reducing call center staff and increasing satisfaction.
